We offer classes for children ages three or young four, and classes for children ages four or young five.
The Preschool is a ministry of the United Methodist Church of Kent and is licensed by the State of Ohio under the Department of Job and Family Services. All teachers hold a minimum of a B.A. or B.S. degree and maintain a teacher/student ratio well below the state requirements. Our facility is handicapped accessible and includes a fenced playground and a full-size gymnasium.
Preschool classes meet in the Education Wing of the church on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday during the school year. There are five class options for each class:

| Morning Class plus Lunchbunch | 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM | $205 monthly |
| Afternoon Class | 12:15 to 2:30 PM | $160 monthly |
| Afternoon Class plus Lunchbunch | 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM | $205 monthly |
| All Day | 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM | $365 monthly |
Classes are held from September until mid May. Christmas Break and Spring Break follow the Kent City School Calendar.
Children may enter the three-year-old program if they are three years old by August 1 of that school year, or by special permission. Children may enter the four-year-old program if they are four years old by September of that school year, or by special permission. All children must be toilet trained before entering school.
